How bylines work

Every blog post lists its authors from the authors: field in its frontmatter, and each name links to the matching heading on this page. So the heading below must be spelled exactly like the name in the frontmatter — ## Daniel Boigk ↔ authors: [Daniel Boigk].

Daniel Boigk

Role / affiliation. One or two sentences: what you work on, what you are most likely to write about here.

  • GitHub: @DanielBoigk
  • Website, ORCID, arXiv, Mastodon — whatever you want listed.

Co-Author Name

Rename this heading to the second author’s real name and update the authors: field in their posts to match.

Adding yourself

  1. Add a ## Your Name section here.
  2. Put authors: [Your Name] in the frontmatter of your posts.

That is the whole setup — see the authoring guide for the rest of the frontmatter.
